• Began his career at Danzansky Goldberg, a few months later the Goldberg family decided to sell their interest in the company.
• With the help of the Shulman Rogers group, Edward was founded Edward Sagel Funeral Direction in 1994.
• In 2014 Edward was given the opportunity to purchase both Danzansky Goldberg and Sagel Funeral Direction.

• Third generation Licensed Funeral Director.
• Managed two family operated Jewish Funeral Home locations in New Jersey.
• Co-purchased Edward Sagel Funeral Direction and Danzansky Goldberg Memorial Chapels in 2014.
• Al is a board member of JCRC of Greater Washington and a member of Bender JCC of Greater Washington.
• While working in New Jersey Al began to offer memorials and monuments which has now become its own monument division.

• Licensed insurance agent in Maryland and Virginia.
• Extensive management career of 30 years in funeral care and 8 years in cremation management.
• Active in multiple community organizations.

- Certified Funeral service practitioner
- Certified Pre-need Consultant
- Certified Crematory Operator

• Over 30 years of Finance and Accounting Experience.
• Graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA in Accounting.
• Long-time member of Temple Beth Ami, Rockville, MD.
• Enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and reading.

• Tisha’s love of helping people is intrinsic to her career.
• In her free time, Tisha loves to listen to music, read classic novels by her favorite author Jane Austen, and trying new recipes.
• Tisha has been with Sagel Bloomfield since its inception.


• Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia
• Born in New York State and came to Maryland in 2002.
• Graduated from The University of the District of Columbia with a degree in Mortuary Science in 2017.
• Has decades of hospitality industry experience that enable her to be creative when personalizing funeral services.
• She is dedicated to serve our families and the community through her passion for the funeral industry.
• Angela is family-oriented and loves cooking, swimming, and reading English literature in her spare time.

• Raised in Wisconsin and Southern California.
• Graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County with an Associates Degree in Applied Sciences for Mortuary Science in 2019.
• Began her career as an assistant to the Funeral Director in 2015 at Sagel Bloomfield Danzansky Goldberg.
• Lisa is dedicated to her profession and recognizes the true gift in helping to honor a life well lived. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading a new book, spending time with friends and relaxing at home.
